1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable products.

We recommend contacting us before returning any item to ensure a smooth and approved process.


2. Return Request

To initiate a return, please email us at support@revioranutrition.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us.

We will do our best to accommodate exchanges depending on product availability.


6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this time, orders may already be processed.
If your order has been shipped, you may return it following our return procedure.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used consumable products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items


10. Delivered Orders

If tracking confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Reviora Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting your local carrier.


11. Important Notes

  • Items must be handled with care and returned in resellable condition

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
